1. Where and when to obtain Application Form? 派發入學申請表格時間及地點
Our application forms can be downloaded from our school website or can be obtained at our school office all year round. 入學申請表格可全年在本校網上下載或到校索取
2. Is there any cut-off date for application submission? 收表截止日期
There is no deadline for application submission. However, interviews held in November cannot be guaranteed for applications submitted after the third week of October. 我們沒有提交申請表的期限。然而，在十月的第三個星期後提交的申請則不能有十一月面見的保證。
3. Will I be notified if my application is received? 申請確認
Once we receive an application, we will send the applicant a confirmation letter with an application number within two weeks. We will not be able to arrange for an interview to anyone without an application number. Please check with us if you do not receive a confirmation letter two weeks after your application submission.
Please take note that applicants who are of age for school admission will be given priority for interviews. Therefore, please be reminded that some applicants may not have a chance to be interviewed. However, the $40 application fee is not required until an interview is given. In the middle of May, our school may arrange for another round of interviews for applicants who are younger according to the student enrollment situation. We will notify appropriate applicants if such interviews can be arranged.
已提交申請的申請人將在兩星期內收到確認信。信中將包括申請號碼。如在提交申請兩星期後還沒有收到確認信者,請與本校聯絡。學校電話2440-3088。
請垂注面見安排將優先給予適齡入學的申請人，所以請注意不是所有申請人都會被安排面見৹然而，$40申請費用則在面見當天才須繳交৹ 五月中旬，按照收生情況，學校有機會安排較年幼的申請人作面見৹我們將通知有關的申請人若此面見能被安排৹
4. What do I need to include with my application? 申請入學所需之文件
Along with the application form, please prepare the following for your application submission: 請將入學申請表格連同以下資料一同遞交
a. One photograph, attached to the Application Form. 附相片乙張於入學報名表上。
b. Photocopy of Birth Certificate. 出生証明書副本。
c. Photocopy of Immunization Record (with the cover page). 免疫注射記錄副本(包括封面)。
d. Four stamped self-addressed envelopes. 四個回郵信封。
5. How will the interviews be conducted? 面見形式
Children will be interviewed individually and as a group. Nursery applicants will be interviewed, accompanied by parents. We request the presence of both parents at the interview. Grandparents and domestic helpers are not appropriate for accompanying the nursery applicant to the interview. 面見形式包括個別面見及小組活動、觀察。幼兒院申請人可由家長陪同面見。我們希望父母/父母其中一方能夠出席面見。祖父母和家庭傭工並不適合陪同申請人作面見。
6. What are the priorities and criteria for acceptance? 取錄準則及優先次序
Criteria for acceptance: 取錄準則:
a. Applicant’s performance during interview 申請人面見時之表現
b. Parents’ understanding of the school mission and curriculum家長對學校宗旨和課程的理解
c. Communication during interview 面見時的溝通
Priorities for acceptance are as follows : 優先次序如下:
a. Mother / Father is a current staff member 父/母為該校員工
b. Brother / Sister is a current student 兄/姊為本校學生
c. Brother / Sister is a graduate of Sunkids 兄/姊為本校畢業生
d. Age-appropriateness for school 適齡入學
e. Close proximity 就近入學

Arrangement for Notification of Application Results 通知學位申請結果及安排
1. When will the results be known? 申請結果
Interview results will be posted on the school website on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 http://www.sunkids.edu.hk A letter of acceptance will also be sent to the applicants who have been accepted. Applicants who are on the waiting list or not being accepted will receive a letter of notification. 取錄結果將於2018年11月6日(星期二)在本校網址公佈http://www.sunkids.edu.hk。取錄者將收到取錄通知書。在後備名單上或不被取錄之申請人亦將收到通知信。
2. When is the registration date? 註冊日期
Registration dates for accepted applicants are on Wednesday, November 7 to Thursday, November 8, 2018. 統一註冊日期為2018年11月7日至8日（星期三至星期四）
3. What do I need to bring to the registration? 註冊所需要文件
An acceptance letter along with the registration fee of $970 for half day class or $1,570 for whole day class are required for registration. 註冊時必須出示錄取通知書及 $970半日班或$1,570 全日班註冊費。
4. Will I be notified if my child is not being accepted? 如不被取錄者之安排
All the applicants who are being interviewed will receive a letter of notification for being accepted, rejected or are on waiting list.所有接受面見之申請人，必收到通知信有關被取錄，不被取錄或在後補名單內。
